At GEOTECH, we specialise in custom software development, and team augmentation, delivering optimised and efficient solutions to our clients. Based in Kolkata, India, we combine the latest technologies with the knowledge and expertise of our global teams.
Background
GEOTECH was established in 2002 as an Indo-German joint venture with INVERTO AG, a procurement management consultancy. Over the years, we have grown into an independent software development company, working with clients across Europe, Asia, and the United States.
Our Origins: The INVERTO AG Partnership
INVERTO AG specialised in procurement management consulting, serving industries such as retail, logistics, engineering, and pharmaceuticals. As part of their digital transformation, they partnered with GEOTECH to develop e-Contor, an award-winning e-procurement software built using .NET and MySQL. This collaboration led to e-Contor gaining popularity among leading German companies, including PLUS, OBI, and SANDOZ, and receiving the MS Retail Application Developer Award for Best Supply Chain Application.
Since becoming an independent software company in 2008, GEOTECH has continued to innovate, working with notable clients such as Villeroy & Boch, Netto, and Sandoz. Our mobile applications have supported major European events, including the Dutch Design Week and Philips Glow Festival.
