With over 12+ years of business and technology management experience, Kaushik as the CEO and Managing Director of the company - is responsible for formulating company strategies, promoting and managing organizational growth and accelerating business development and technological awareness of the organization to meet current and future challenges. |

Being there from the very inception of the company Kaushik has been involved in every aspect of the company starting from the full software development life cycle, HR and operations. A staunch optimist at heart and his never say die attitude keeps him on at any point of the game.

Avinash Sawalka, Director

Avinash leads business development and marketing initiatives for GeoTech Informatics. Being a Six Sigma Black Belt, Avinash uses his extensive expertise in business processes to assist all our clients throughout the Europe, US and Australia. He works with our clients and leads to understand their business vision. He identifies the software solutions that can help make the vision a reality. |

Saugata Neogi, Delivery Manager

Saugata had played a significant role in the company growth since his entry into the company. He is responsible for quality control, delivery, staffing/HR, managing internal systems and at times does all these simultaneously. |

He has with him more than 8 years of experience in software industry in different domains like Insurance, CRM, e-sourcing and e-commerce. Being a quality controller himself has helped him to be quality conscious in all the aspects of the software development life cycle where he has worked. His core skills include Client interaction, Project Coordination, Project Management, Budgeting and estimating effort calculations.
